Billing and Subscription Plans
Select Billing from the main menu or from the dashboard to view your billing information.
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”When you enrter the billing section you will see your past invoices in a table. Select an invocie to view the details.
Subscription Plan
Section titled “Subscription Plan”When you first sign up you will be in our FREE Tier pay-as-you-go subscription plan. If you wish to move to one of our paid plans in order to have additional pass allowance then you can do that here.

If you are using one of our pay-as-you-go plans you must register a payment card. If you are on our monthly contract then you must have a direct debit in place.
Payment Card
Section titled “Payment Card”Use the form here to register a payment card with our payment provider - Stripe. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid registered payment card for our pay-as-you-go plans. If we are unable to take payment your account may be suspended.
Direct Debit
Section titled “Direct Debit”Use the form here to register a direct debit mandate with our payment provider - Stripe. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid registered direct debit for our monthly contract. If we are unable to take payment your account may be suspended.
Apply for monthly plan
Section titled “Apply for monthly plan”If you are on a pay-as-you-go plan and wish to move to our direct debit plan then you must complete an application form. Sicne you will be paying an arreas rather than in advance, we may carry out a credit check before approving your request.
