Managing account
Account management is where you maintain your account information - company details, contact details - and where you manage Users and API Keys for your account.

Company Details
Section titled “Company Details”Use this form to update your company details if they change.
Contacts
Section titled “Contacts”Please ensure you keep your contacst up-to-date so that we can ciontact you in the event of any issues with your passes.
You can add additional users to you account. These can be given access to Studio and/or Scan.
Users with Administrator enabled are able to edit Account Management and Billing details, edit users and API keys as well as request account closure.
When you add a user we will send an email to to the provided address with a link for that user to accept and be added to your account.
API Keys
Section titled “API Keys”If you wish to use the API, you will need to create API Keys. API Keys are always created in pairs : A LIVE key and a TEST key. You use the TEST key to create test passes and the LIVE key to create live passes.
If you have multiple applications using our API you should create a separate key for each/
An API key must have administrator permission to access account management functions.
Password
