Smartix Scan Apps

Smartix Scan enables you to scan and process any passes created from a Smartix Managed Template.

For example, you can add stamps to stampcards, redeem giftcards and manage entry to events.

Scan the barcodes with your phone or click this buttons to download from the App Stores.

Before you can use Smartix Scan you need to enable Scan access for yourself or your users. You do this in Studio, by selecting USERS from the menu in Account Management.

If you have staff who wil be using the Scan app in your shop you should create an account for each memeber of staff. This enables you to track who has carried out each pass transaction.

Whenever a transaction is carried out, Scan automatically stores the GPS coordinates as well as the date and time and user ID that carried out the transaction. This enable you to easy spot if Scan has been misused away from your premises.

Once you have logged into Scan you can select Settinsg from the bottom tab bar. Here you can choose between a light or dark colour scheme. You can also choose whether to enable or disable feedback tones and haptic (vibration) feedback.

Select the Help tab within Scan for on-device help.
