Managing Loyalty Cards with Smartix

Points can be added or spent in Studio – making them ideal for handling online orders. For in-person use, cards can be scanned with the Smartix Scan app, giving staff the same ability to manage loyalty points.

Notifications and updates
Section titled “Notifications and updates”As with all Smartix passes, our loyalty cards are fully updateable. When a customer makes a purchase, Smartix automatically updates the loyalty points balance and sends a lock-screen notification to keep them informed in real time. The back of the pass also displays a recent collection history, allowing customers to see at a glance how their points balance has been growing.
You can also send custom notifications to individual cards or to all cardholders at once. This makes it easy to keep customers informed about special offers, promotions, and new products, helping to drive engagement and repeat business.
